How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

Whether you’re making it for game day, a holiday party, a potluck, or just a Tuesday night when you want something indulgent, this Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe delivers. It is creamy, spicy, cheesy, and deeply satisfying. It works warm in a crockpot, or even at room temperature straight from the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 Ranch Packet
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Block of Cream Cheese 
  • 1 Cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ Ranch dressing
  • ¼ Green Onions or celery
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Slow Cooker

Method
 

  1. Adding 1/3 cup of chicken broth to the crockpot
  2. Next, add in the boneless chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle a packet of ranch dressing over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker
  4. Cover with lid and cook on high for 3 – 4 hrs or on low for 6 – 7 hrs
  5. Once timer is up, chicken should be cooked through
  6. Shred it with a fork
  7. To the shredded chicken, add Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  8. Next, add in cubed cream cheese
  9. Add in the buffalo sauce
  10. Next, add in 1/2 Cup of the ranch dressing
  11. Finally, finish it off with 1/4 cup of green onions
  12.  Cover the crockpot with a lid
  13. Cook on high for 30mins or on low for about 1-hr
  14. Once timer is up, uncover, stir to combine the ingredients together
  15. Your buffalo chicken dip is now ready
  16. Rest for 5 minutes before serving
  17.  Serve and enjoy!!
