Rotel Dip with Ground Beef

Make this easy Rotel dip with ground beef in under 25 minutes. Cheesy, hearty, and perfect for game day or any party - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser every time

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef ( 80/20)
  • 20 oz Rotel diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add your ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula as it cooks
  2. Transfer the browned beef into your crock pot.
  3. Add your cubed Velveeta cheese
  4. Pour in the entire can of Rotel tomatoes with the liquid and all.
  5. Add all your seasoning, salt, taco seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Stir it into the beef mixture 
  7. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on low heat for about 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Once everything is melted and combined, give the dip a good stir and taste. 
  9. Switch your slow cooker to the “keep warm” setting.
  10. Serve and enjoy!!
