In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and. sesame oil. Set it aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then your ground beef.
Let it sit for a minute or two at a time to brown.
Move the pork to one side of the pan. add the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then stir everything together
Pour your pre-mixed sauce over everything in the pan.
Add your coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage directly into the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes
Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly as soy sauce can be very salty.
Turn off heat, remove from pan.
Garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil and toss to ensure it's well combined.
Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds
