Lightly coat the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray
Add in the chicken pieces.
Season the chicken with chicken seasoning, salt and pepper
Mix everything together
Add in your minced garlic and diced onions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together
Pour the sauce over the chicken using a spatula to spread the chicken evenly
Place the lid on your crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
15 minutes before the cooking time ends, uncover and remove the cooked chicken pieces from the crockpot
Place them in a large deep bowl and shred with two forks
Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Stir it into the remaining sauce. Let it cook for the last 15 minutes
